Another hot day here on the Riverbank. I am glad my cave is naturally air conditioned. Well, I have immersed myself in one of my favorite storybooks this afternoon - "Wind in the Willows" by Kenneth Graham. What a lovely story and so touching. It reminds me of my friends here at the Riverbank. Rattie, Mole and Badger all support each other when they have a problem and also take time to share many good times together. It is important that communities have a strong sense of committment to all its citizens, especially to those citizens who have disabilities or disorders that require extra help. Wind in the Willows shows us what compassion and understanding can achieve.
