Shipping Information
All orders are shipped within 4 business days after receipt of order. Iristhedragon ships only non perishable items and uses Canada Post Expedited (ground) and Express Post. Shipping charges are estimated based on actual weight and dimensional weight.
Delivery Time: For the United States please allow up to 10 days after the order is shipped. International Orders can be up to two weeks.
Customs Regulations: All packages are subject to random checks by customs in all countries. Iristhedragon has gone to great lengths to ensure your order conforms to the regulations of the destination country. In the unlikely event your package is checked, it may cause a delay that we can not be held responsible for.
Returns Policy
If, for any reason you are unhappy with a product ordered from Iristhedragon please notify us by e-mail at info@iristhedragon.com within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange it for you, or issue a refund after it has been returned to us.
