Great! So you started using the IncludeMe app but hit a snag—it happens. Here are some helpful tips to get the program working for you.
Recommended operating systems, devices, and browsers
The Web version of the app is designed to be viewed through an Internet browser on a PC or laptop. We don't recommend using the Web version on your smartphone - we have mobile versions for that. The supported operating systems and Internet browsers include:
The Apple App Store iOS mobile version of the IncludeMe program is designed for use on iPhone 6s/7/X and iPad Air 2 using iOS 11 in landscape mode only.
The Google Play Android mobile version of the IncludeMe program is designed for use on Samsung Galaxy S7 / S8 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 running Android 7.0 in landscape mode only.
The IncludeMe app may work on devices not listed but we cannot guarantee it's performance or functionality and therefore cannot offer assistance to those using unsupported platforms.
You will need a mobile phone number in order to receive a unique log in code. If you don't have a mobile phone or don't want to use your personal number, then go to TextNow and sign in to get a temporary number to receive an IncludeMe code. Keep TextNow open while registering on IncludeMe in order to use the temporary number and to receive a code.
Launching the app for the first time
The web version of IncludeMe is located at: includeme.iristhedragon.com
It may take a second for the animated logo screen to appear and then it will flip to the language-selector screen. Choose your preferred language.
You will then be presented with a Log In screen. If you've already registered, you can just sign back in using your credentials. If not, then click on the Sign up link shown at the bottom of the box to register.
The Register page is secure and straightforward. Here are the tips for a successful registration:
A Terms and Conditions page will be displayed. Please read and acknowledge that you have done so at the bottom of the screen (scroll way down!). We do this because we are collecting personal and health-related data and must comply with PIPEDA and HIPPA laws.
At the bottom of the Terms & Conditions page is where you need to type in your name in, check the Read and Agreed box, and press "I Agree".
You will now receive a text message on your mobile phone from IncludeMe. The message will provide your access code to the training. It may take up to 5 minutes to receive the text.
Once you press register, the app will send a text message to your phone with a numeric code.
Starting the app and selecting which pre-training survey to take
Like any corporate training program, we need to get some information first to better understand you and your business.
